By accessing or using the Jessica Fox Morrison Nature Retreat website (jessicafoxmorrison.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or purchase. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

3. Booking and Reservations

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before arrival: Full refund
• 3-6 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Special events and group bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be specified at the time of booking.

4. Art Sales

Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe and photograph all artwork. Colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings. If you have questions about a piece, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping

Artwork is carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary by location. Free shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States.

Returns

We want you to love your artwork. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping costs non-refundable). Artwork must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials.

5. Retreat Policies

Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect our property, staff, other guests, and the natural environment. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate our policies without refund.

Liability

Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk and are required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival.

Pets

Pets are welcome in select accommodations for an additional fee of $50 per stay. Service animals are welcome in all accommodations at no charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and artwork, is owned by Jessica Fox Morrison or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessica Fox Morrison Nature Retreat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services.

9. Indemnification
